Surf Camps & Private Surf Trips - Terms and Conditions Booking & Payment When booking a surf trip with us, you will be sent a quote that once accepted, will be followed by an invoice to collect a 20% non-refundable deposit. By accepting the quote, you agree to our terms & conditions. The 20% deposit can be paid via the card payment link in the invoice, or via bank transfer from New Zealand bank accounts only. The remaining 80% balance is due 60 days prior to your surf trip commencing.  Note that for shorter surf trips that are booked at short notice, a deposit might not be required and the full invoice might be sent after the surf trip however, you will be sent a quote to accept and therefore agree to paying the full amount post surf trip.  You agree to pay for any additional activities with third party operators at the time of booking or partaking. Cancellation Policy The 20% deposit is non-refundable* *Full refund (including deposit) - If we offer you to cancel a trip at short notice due to poor surf conditions. 80% refund - If cancelling outside of 60 days days prior to your trip departure date. 50% refund - If cancelling between 30 - 60 days prior to your trip departure date. No refund - If cancelling within 30 days of your departure date. We will apply discretion to these conditions on a case by case basis. Shorter trips of 3-5 days may have their own more lenient cancellation policy. Please check your trip conditions. Note that if you show up to your surf trip and you have no surf experience at all, we won't be able to take you surfing as we do not provide a coaching service. No refund will be given.
